All Lunula orders are delivered via The Courier Guy.

Important Notes:

• Your tracking number is sent to you via SMS/email when your order has been packaged and ready to ship. 
• There will be a delay between receiving your tracking number and seeing changes on The Courier Guy portal (approximately 4 hours). There are also no weekend updates for orders fulfilled on weekends. This is due to The Courier Guy's operations and is out of our control. 
• Please check and ensure the correct tracking number is searched.
