NOTE: At the moment, we only sell in sets. We cannot offer tops and bottoms in different styles for now. Style and colour may vary slightly from photographs online.

2. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of "products" and use on this site. These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable against every individual who accesses this website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Delivery:

2.1.1: Purchased products will be dispatched within 48 hours of Lunula receiving payment confirmation for such purchase. Lunula will strive to have products dispatched within 24 hours and aims to have the product delivered to the customer within 24-48 hours of order. Lunula will strive to have all orders placed before 10am sent out the same day, however, delays may occur from time to time. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend will result in delayed delivery as we use an external courier that does not work on weekends. This is unfortunately out of our control.


2.1.2: Once the order and payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number. We use The Courier Guy with national delivery. You will be able to use this tracking on their online portal when checking shipment details.


2.1.3: Delivery time ranges between same day and 24 hours from shipment (business days). This is to all major centres in South Africa. Outlying areas may take 1-3 days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday, therefore arriving Tuesday/Wednesday in major centres in South Africa.


2.1.4: Delivery is free of charge for all orders over R299. Below R299, order total will result in a R50 delivery charge being applied.


2.1.5: Lunula is a web-based store with no physical presence. However, collection is possible if arranged with prior notice.


2.1.6: Once a client has signed for their product delivery, the item is considered to be in their possession.

2.2 Payment:

2.2.1: All payments on the Lunula website are processed by PayFast, an encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processor. See more HERE.

2.2.2: Accepted forms of payment for products are credit card, debit card and Bitcoin.

2.3 Order Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds:

2.3.1: In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you are entitled to cancel your order without reason or penalty within 7 days of receipt (delivery) of the product/s. In this case, the following terms apply:


i. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 5 days of Lunula receiving the returned product at the provided Lunula delivery address. This address will be within South Africa.


ii. You will not wear or use the product prior to your return/exchange. The product needs to be returned in a new state, suitable for sale to another customer. If the item has been used, a refund will not be applicable.


iii. Agree that your purchase will be cancelled and that you will be liable, in terms of Section 44(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, for the direct costs of returning the product/s to an address provided by Lunula. These costs relate to courier and/or postage costs.


iv. Agree that you are directly responsible for the return of the product/s in question to Lunula. A refund will only be granted provided the above terms are met and Lunula receives the returned product/s. If the item is lost in the return process, a refund will not be granted. Lunula undertakes no responsibility for the return of cancelled product/s.


v: The client will email Lunula, using orders@lunula.co.za email address, to arrange cancellation and return of product/s. Lunula will require the customer's name, surname, email address, phone number, order confirmation and payment confirmation details to effect the cancellation.


2.3.2: Customers are entitled to exchange products for different sizes, provided sufficient stock is available. The client has to send the item to Lunula within 7 days of the item being delivered. Courier costs to return will be the responsibility of the client. If a discount code was used in the purchase or the item was purchased during a sale of any kind, the client will be required to pay R99 for shipping of the new, exchanged item. Items sold at full price will receive free shipping in this regard. As per 2.3.1.ii, the item needs to be in a new condition and having not been worn.

2.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

2.4.1: These Terms & Conditions and/or any dispute are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
