  1. All Lunula payments are processed by PayFast, SA's leading payment provider. View PayFast's site here.
  2. Payments are safe and no payment data is ever stored or able to be accessed by Lunula. PayFast is PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant. View their security details here.
  3. The following payment methods are accepted: Debit Card, Credit Card, Instant EFT.

Shipping

  1. All Lunula orders include FREE express delivery nationwide.
  2. We only deliver to South African addresses.
  3. We utilise Aramex to perform our deliveries. Deliveries can be tracked here.
  4. Once an order is placed, our team strives to fulfil orders with speed. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped the same day as order placement (if order is placed before 3pm) or will be shipped the next business day morning. 
  5. Orders take 1 business day from the shipment date to delivery in major cities in South Africa. Therefore, orders placed before 3pm will, usually, be received the next morning (provided it is a business day).
  6. Please note that at times we may experience heavy order volumes which may result in your shipment to taking one extra day. At times, Aramex may also experience a delay and your order may take 2 days to be delivered.
